This PR addresses #3.

It adds an additional CLI command poster to generate a QR code as poster and exposes an API to do the same programatically.

Open:

  • render description on to PDF
  • render address on to PDF
  • clean up temporary png file after PDF creation or avoid temporary file all together
  • update THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES
  • update docuentation
